Another day, and another reveal for Finland’s Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu!

Today sees the announcement of Catharina Zühlke’s song, “Eternity”. The pop-meets-ballad track about the loss of loved ones starts off slow before upping the tempo and bringing the teardrops to the dancefloor.

The song, written in collaboration between Zühlke, Henrik Tala, Josefin Myrberg, Marcia Sondeijker and Roel Rats (who already lends his talents to many songs in national selections across Europe), was born around the idea that “life can completely turn upside-down in an evening” and is dedicated to the loss of loved ones in her life.

All six songs for this year’s competition have now been released, with the final set to take place on March 7th.
