Eduard Romanyuta

Eduard Romanyuta has won O Melodie Pentru Europa, the Moldovan National Final, with the song ” I want your love” and gets to represent Moldova at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna, Austria this May.

The event included two semi-finals and a final. Artists and composers had the opportunity to submit their entries and 68 entries were received by the broadcaster.

The Semifinals took place on February 24th & 26gh. Seven songs qualified to the final from each Semi based on the combination of votes from the public televote and votes from the jury committee.

The winner of the final was also decided by 50% jury/50% televote. In the end Eduard Romanyutawas victorious and will travel to Vienna in a couple of months hoping to take Moldova back to the Finals. They will perform in the first Semi on May 19th.
