Following their quasi-confirmation for the main contest, Portugal has announced their return to the Junior Eurovision Song Contest this year! Hugo Andrade, the programme director of the Portuguese broadcaster RTP, confirmed the participation in JESC to the fan site ESC Portugal. The selection method, however, hasn’t been revealed.
