With everyday that passes, we learn more and more now about what to expect, for the upcoming Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Next in line was Italy, who now finally decided to reveal their pick.
Italy in JESC 2025
Italy has decided to go with 11 year old Leonardo Giovannangeli, who was born to perform and put a show on. This was even proved in Italy, as he reached the final of the latest version of “The Voice Kids – Italy“.
This young man, has shared that he carries a lot of hobbies and interest for what he’s passionate about. Thanks to his great idol, which is none other than Michael Jackson, this little guy has found interest for both singing and dancing. He carries as well a great interest for acting and wrestling as well and even for Dinosaurs.
One thing is for sure, and that is that Italian broadcaster (RAI) has a lot of faith in this child, that he will impress Europe, as he has impressed Italy. He will perform the song named “Rockstar“.
His song for Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2025 has however not been revealed yet either, but will be made public in the near future.
In 2024, Simone Grande was the young artist that was selected to make Italy proud. He invited all of Europe to his “Pigiama Party“, and in return, Europe rewarded him a total of 98 points, which led him to finish in 9th place in Madrid, Spain.
