It was only a few days ago, that the 10 wildcard entries for the Ukrainian national final was revealed. As that happened, the voting for finding the last participant for the national final also opened. Let’s have a look at the result and what happens now.

Wilcard voting resuls

On the 13th of January, the wildcard voting round opened, with the 10 songs that didn’t make it directly to the final. As a reminder, there were originally 20 songs longlisted for the national final, but only 9 were selected to advance directly to the final. Meanwhile, the remaining 11 entered the wildcard round. Eventually, one candidate withdrew, hence it was only 10 instead.

Now, after a few days with the 10 wildcard entries being available to the public, listeners could vote for their favorite on the official voting app. Now that the voting has closed, Ukrainian broadcaster (Suspline) could reveal the following as the final results:

  1. FIЇNKA – 30.40%
  2. ENLEO – 15.89%
  3. YAGODY – 12.08%
  4. MUAYAD – 10.74%
  5. MON FIA – 9.19%
  6. Slukhai Sashu – 7.49%
  7. GRISANA – 5.20%
  8. BRYKULETS – 4.02%
  9. Hrystyna Starykova – 3.68%

This means that FIЇNKA will now be joining the rest of the Vidbir 2025 line-up, and still remain with the possibility of representing Ukraine in Basel, as for the rest, this is were their chances are ended.
