After yesterday’s first semi final where 15 artists performed and showcased their talent, today we got to enjoy another spectacular night. The remaining 15 songs were performed live on stage and the lineup of 30 songs competing for the ticket to Basel is now complete. With the closing of the second night of Fest 63, the audience in the hall and millions of TV viewers of RTSH and all over the world are ready to choose their favorites for the Grand Final on Sunday, December 22nd.
The second night was just as successful as the first. All 15 contestants gave spectacular performances, synchronizing with the RTSH Symphony Orchestra led by the following conductors: Shpëtim Saraçi, Alfred Kaçinari, Markeljan Kapedani, Oleg Arapi, Olsi Qinami, Armando Broshka and Lirjona Sylejmani, as well as the band led by the singer-songwriter, Elton Deda.
A special moment on the second night of Fest 63 was the moment when Aleksandër Gjoka sang two songs well known to the Albanian public and beyond, as a special guest. His connection to the festival dates back to the 90s. As he performed “Walking in the rain” and “Winter day”, viewers in the audience sang along creating a magical atmosphere for everyone present in the venue.
Tonight, just like yesterday, the voice was given to an important phenomena that affects our society. Brixhida Muça shared messages of strength and empowerment to all mothers who have lost their children, or who are struggling with emotional pain, illnesses and similar.
Furthermore, the ballerina Klaudia Pepa on the delicate soles of her feet, supported by a monologue that she interpreted herself, achieved a perfect combination of elements, which not only brought emotions to the venue but also gave class to her stage performance at Fest 63.
