Tonight sees another of the class of Eurovision 2018 revealed with Switzerland deciding their hopeful for Lisbon. Romania also continue their Sunday night search for a superstar with Selecția Națională rolling into Craiova this weekend.

🇷🇴 ROMANIA – Selecția Națională 2018 – Semi-Final 3 (20:00 CET)

The city of Craiova will be the host for tonight’s third semi-final of Selecția Națională, as Romania continue the search for the next Eurovision act. Twelve entries will once again compete for three spots in the grand final and the assembled jury of Liliana Ștefan, Viorel Gavrilă, Ilinca, Nicu Patoi and Marian Ionescu will decide the votes combined with the televote from the Romanian public.

The twelve acts in tonight’s show are;

  • Aurel Dincă – Fire in the Sky
  • Ayona – The Story Goes On
  • Carolina Gorun – Reach Out for the Stars
  • Diana Brătan – Paint it Rainbow
  • Elena Hasna – Revival
  • Eliza Chifu – So Good Without You
  • Erminio Sinni & Tiziana Camelin – All The Love Away
  • Mareș Pană – Daydreamer
  • Tavi Clonda – King
  • VYROS – La La La
  • Xandra – Try
  • Zavera – Come Back To Me

🇨🇭 SWITZERLAND – Die Entscheidungsshow (20:05 CET)

Switzerland will be the sixth country to decide their song for Lisbon tonight, after deciding to forgo the familiar ‘first out of the blocks’ title they had for a number of years. Six acts will participate tonight in a straight battle for the Swiss ticket to Portugal, and they are;

  1. Zibbz – Stones
  2. Angie Ott – A Thousand Times
  3. Naeman – Kiss Me
  4. Chiara Dubey – Secrets and Lies
  5. Alejandro Reyes – Compass
  6. Vanessa Iraci – Redlights

50% of the result will be decided by a Swiss televote, with the other 50% being decided by an international jury composed of Albania, Armenia, France, Germany, Iceland, Israel and Italy.
