
This Sunday, OGAE France revealed the results of their poll for both semi-finals and the Grand-Final, according to the countries who qualified following their votes.
It is the first OGAE club to reveal its points for the OGAE Poll 2023, which is held for the 17th edition this year (started with Eurovision 2007). And the results are in: Sweden 🇸🇪 gets the first 12 points from OGAE France!
Semi-Final 1 results
For the First Semi-Final, Sweden gets the lead with 1130 points, followed by Norway (975 points) and Finland (946 points). The Nordic countries skyrocket the scores and easily go through the final for the French OGAE team.
Malta fails to qualify by only 37 points to Ireland (394 points).

Thus Sweden, Norway, Finland, Czechia, Israel, Moldova, Switzerland, Serbia, Portugal and Ireland qualify for the OGAE France Grand-Final.
Semi-Final 2 results
As for the Second Semi-Final, Austria gets the win with a quite impressive lead with 1090 points, 333 points ahead of Belgium who gets the silver.
Albania fails to qualify by 84 points to Denmark.

Thus Austria, Belgium, Slovenia, Estonia, Australia, Georgia, Cyprus, Armenia, Lithuania and Denmark qualify for the OGAE France Grand-Final.
Grand Final results

After adding the qualifiers from both semi-finals and adding the Big 5 – expect for France (French fans can’t vote for their own country) – and last year’s winner Ukraine, Sweden gets the win for the OGAE France with 277 points, beating Norway (229 points) and Finland (223 points) completing the podium.
Ukraine closes the ranking with only 3 points awarded by the OGAE France members.
As a result, Sweden gets the first 12 points of the OGAE Poll 2023. Norway gets 10 points, Finland 8 points… and finally Estonia gets 1 point. The other countries don’t get any points whatever their ranking is, as only the top 10 gets points.
