On Thursday the stars of this year’s Eurovision Song Contest descended on to the British capital of London to meet the press and fans and perform, and the London Eurovision Party was so far the largest gathering of this year’s acts. As a result it gave us at ESC United a great chance to speak to the artists and gauge their thoughts ahead of the looming Lisbon contest.

First up, our correspondent Christian got the chance to sit down with the enthusiastic Vanja Radovanović from Montenegro, who spoke to us about his childhood aspirations of representing Montenegro (in a different way!), the musical heritage of his family and country and his thoughts ahead of Eurovision 2018.

Vanja will represent Montenegro with his ballad “Inje”, performing 16th in the second semi-final of this year’s contest on May 10th.

#YOU can check out the interview with Vanja below, and if you enjoyed this video then don’t forget to like and subscribe to our YouTube channel as we increase our video coverage of Lisbon 2018!

What do #YOU think of Montenegro’s entry this year? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below or join the discussion on our forum HERE and on social media @escunited!
