After weeks and weeks of rumors and speculation Greek broadcaster, ERT, tonight has finally confirmed that the young Stefania Liberakakis will represent the country coming May in Rotterdam with the song Supergirl compesed by Dimitris Kontopoulos. Greek dream team will be complete as her staging will be done by Fokas Evangelinos.

As it was announced, the initial plan was to release the info regarding Stefania’s participation before the holidays, but it was postponed for late January/early February.

Stefania and her team approached the ERT with three different songs, a mid tempo pop song, a dance reggae and a pop banger with Greek ethnic elements.

There were no details revealed which song has been selected, neither when it will be published, but it is safe to guess it won’t happen before early March.

Stefania is no stranger to Eurovision scene as she represented the Netherlands back in 2016 as part of girl group Kisses when they ended up finishing 8th.

Stefania’s debut solo single Stupid Reasons was released in 2018 and it was quite noticed by Greek media.

Greece is hoping to get back on track of their glory days from the early 2000s. What do #YOU think? Will Stefania and the “dream team” bring the country back to top 10?
