So my mum told me she watched SF1 last night and her favourite was Croatia and least favourite was Ireland because “they just send shit all the time now and wonder why they don’t get anywhere” - she also pointed out his camel toe

My mom watched it last night (I was unaware of that lol). She loved all the presentations. To my shock, her absolute favorite was Finland. Didn't see that coming at all, to be honest xD

She also liked Moldova, and mentioned the twins were cute.

My mum only watched part of the first semi final as she had to go and do other stuff-watched up to about song 8.

She said the one that stood out to her was Norway!

My mums favourite is getting some alone time with a good book while the rest of the family watch Eurovision without her.

This year I will watch the contest with my in-laws which will be very interesting. They are not European and my mother-in-law has watched it once before in 2015 where she stayed up until all songs had been performed and then went to bed before the result rolled in. My father-in-law has never watched the contest and we just told him yesterday about it's existence.

Mom ended up liking quite a lot of the songs this evening, but ended up giving votes to Austria and Portugal. Dad gave votes to Moldova.

Well my mum favourites were: (best overall package), (good vocals, choreography and charming girl ) and (she loves classical Italian ballads plus good vocals) she was overjoyed when Loreen won and was satisfied with the placings of Noa and Marco (although she did laugh at his outfit)
Her least favourites were (bad vocal performance and pan-slavism ) and (bad vocal performance)

• but hated Finland so was fine w/the Swedish win
