Hallo hallo! Thought I'd finally get the thread for this up. The current (vague) plan is to have countries decided and entries sent by around the end of the current main WV edition - that should let me put up a show & open up the voting in between editions to avoid overlap between different contests. More specific deadlines & schedules should be up within the next couple of days.

I'm assuming we want to base this on country/region suggestions rather than just randomising countries off a list somewhere, so... let's get the suggestions rolling! To get us started, I think I'll go with .

I’d probably have less trouble finding an Equatorial Guinean or Turkmen artist I like than a Faroese one which is still unknown here and hasn’t already been hyped in WV, so no, there’s nothing bad about a bunch of the ones already suggested.

But sure, why not. I’m officially changing my suggestion to , and oh, why not take in and and and whatever else too.

And yes, I am personally offended and thus butthurt.

Eh, I was just basing it off whatever I thought would be difficult to find music from - so yeah, perhaps 'hard' would've been a better word than 'bad'. Every suggestion so far's had some merit - I'd definitely rather see obscure submissions here than those from etc. I was just meaning to imply that finding a Faroe song would likely be somewhat easier than finding one from some of the other regions mentioned already - apologies if my tone came across wrong. I just... fear having to find something I'm happy to send (I'm usually quite picky) from a small region I've never heard of any artists from No harm intended.

And yes, I am personally offended and thus butthurt.

Thank you for the golden ointment, it helped ease my pain a lot.

I just felt the need to vent there -- I can get a bit defensive when it comes to small countries in WV, as weird as that may sound. Also, I often feel attacked personally by certain comments, so you have to forgive me for being in a bit of a mood for rambling up there. Believe me, I'm the last person to ever cause draamaa (at least advertently).
