Would like to learn a new language...

I took Spanish class last semester (and not only because my mom's family is from Puerto Rico). I can read and understand it pretty well, but speaking and writing it weren't my strongest points. I also understand a bit of French, some German, some Dutch, and to an extent, Italian, Portuguese, and only "good evening" in Russian.
