when/if the number of participants significly increases, we can evaluate all options

I agree, and if it will be 3 semi-finals, two of them can start the same day, so the length of the contest will not be affected...

I don't think it's too much!

They can prepare 2 semis in 1 day, why not? It's the same amount of banners they should make, they will just divide them in 3!

And why not all the 3 semi-finals to start in the same day? And we can wait for 1 or 2 days, because I know that is not so easy to do all that banners, the shows...

I think that you're right. One week is too much. Maybe it will be better to have them 4-5 days...

Actually, I don't have so much problem about how large or small a NF is, but of course if they are small, then more people probably will vote in them.
