Ziferblat has just made history as the highest debut (at #12) in Spotify Daily chart for any Vidbir song ever o_O
Teresa & Maria debuted at #31. However, they won't have the same longevity that our girls had because they aren't a big name.

Masha Kondratenko - #33
MOLODI - #50
DK Enerhetyk - #104
GRISANA - #136 (debuted at #73)
KHAYAT - #150

Though, Spotify is not popular in Ukraine and Youtube is way more correct.
Ziferblat also debuted in general trends (not just in music) on YT o_O

ДК Енергитик - Сiль 12/12

Now this itches a very particular post communist goth place in my brain. This is not winning, but I would love to see what they can do on a big stage.

Ziferblat - Bird Of Pray 10/12

Ziferblat I didn't get last year, but I do now. There's a certain cool sofistication that comes with this one. The women's part at first felt a little Frankenstein'ed in, but once it clicks it CLICKS. The juries will love this, rightfully.

Абiе - Дiм 8/12

That's a pretty cool one. I enjoyed the sonic choices made here.

KRYLATA - STAY TRUE 7/12

There's a very worm familiarity with Stay True that I enjoy. I like the melodic choices here but I would revamp the production into something more throbbing, flowing and hard-hitting. The orchestral undertone sort of cheapens it at the end there.

Future Culture - Waste My Time 7/12

I appreciate the unpretentiousness of this. It ain't winning, but I'm not mad and I wouldn't skip it if it comes in a playlist.

FIÏNKA - Культура 7/12

Quite the earworm, but doesn't make much of an an impression above that. Fun nonetheless and Ukraine would now how to stage this so it can elevate it.

Маша Кондратенко - No Time To Cry 6/12

A bit forgettable, I'm a bit surprised to find it as a fan favourite. The production is good, the song behind it isn't that exciting to me. Could be a grower thought. Get rid of the English.

MELODI - my sea 5/12

Beautiful bodies, pretty faces... If they don't make out by the end of the song, I don't care.

Влад Шериф - Winds of change 4/12

This one sticks out as the odd one out in this selection. Don't really care for it.

KHAYAT - HONER 3/12

This stars off ok, the vibe is there, he's pretty - but once the beatdrop comes it nosedives HARD. If by some miracle this wins, change the whole drop and remove any trace of English.

@Seregil Korit

It is MOLODI, not MELODI, like "Mladi"...
You got carried away, as I can see. :p

Kostyantyn Tomylchenko is back in the game. He did the staging for Jamala, Go_A, Melovin etc. Now he works on staging for Masha Kondratenko. Go_A's dancer is behind the choreo.

Illia Dutzik will do the staging for Ziferblat. He's their music video director.

Khayat: "This song is not for headphones, this song is for live performance."
The main theme of his staging is "reconstruction". If he wins, he will make a revamp.

Ziferblat improved their odds from 4.5 to 3 within an hour :)

If Ukraine wants to win Eurovision, they should send Ziferblat.
Can't see Ziferblat winning with that. Not sure Ukraine have a winner in the selection this year. Ziferblat in the Top 5 sure but not winning. Masha can be top 3 depending on how good the staging and presentation is.

I do expect it to come down to Masha v Ziferblat.

As if bookies could accurately predict Vidbir winners like they did in 2020 or 2023 this year unlike 2024 everything will be decided in the final

This year it's super clear that it's between the top 2 faves.
Miss hutsul  is horrendous live, miss f*ggot 💅xheat KHAYAT has no chorus and not even the best choreo can save it (the jury will so tank him), queerbait mistresses xheat MOLODI have a bland song (imo, co-working with Chilibi wasn't the best idea).

I personally feel very connected with MOLODI song, maybe because I'm also a person who fled from occupied territory 3 years ago. Glad to see Mariupol being represented on Vidbir

Ziferblat: "We have a surprise for you, during the performance. Let's say not all longlist participants left this competition."

YAGODY or Khrystyna Starykova on backing vocals? She lurked into their Insta stream 2 days ago 👀
