I have made a ranking combining 1) all countries that participated in ESC since 1956, and 2) all countries that participated in JESC since 2003.
I gave points to the top 10 of each ESC year (12-10-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1), and also I gave points to the top 5 of each JESC year (7-5-3-2-1). I have also included the top 5 of the Special Edition "Congratulations Show 1956-2005".
(Have in mind that this is my personal view)
