ok there's a possibility there's also a Duncan Laurence song here - so I'm hyped. I also think holding Roxen's/Blas's style of holding a nf is much better than what Israel or also Slovenia is doing. Because Blas and Roxen are actually involved in the process, where as Eden just got those songs and even if she doesn't like them - she has to sing them.. so that's also a plus.

Actually it's not "more choices, more fun". This isn't about fun. This is about spain trying the best to win esc. This is about Blas. I would rather him feel safe with two songs so that either song public chooses he will be happy with the outcome, then choosing song that isn't winner material. All the love and support for Blas and Spain. Even though thanks to monument, u are now 2nd in my ranking, u can still make it to 1st after premiere.

Probably Blas wholeheartedly likes 2 of them and didn't want to open a chance for an outlier song. Imagine if the outlier is the chose one. It's spanis audience who is voting, after all.

I think having a 3-song selection (or more songs) will help to dilute the votes and make one song a clear winner.
If the 2 songs are equally good, it's going to make it harder for one to edge the other out.
But of course, we could have 1 clear winning song or 2 equally bad songs (and the viewers are forced to choose the lesser "evil").

Personally, more songs means more ESC NF songs for me to listen to.
