RTR published the rules.

Until April 20 each regional RTR representative has to send no more than 5 songs. The jury will pick 20 finalists.
The NF is scheduled on May 29.

I prefer "Маленький принц" by a lot but it's still a very good song. It's cool to have the first artist in JESC history to take part a second time.

An okayish Russian song, will problably do very well. Though they have had much better songs, especially Ekaterinas last entry (that one deserved to win!).
