COMPETING THEMES (177)

1. All Around The World: a real-world country is chosen by the host. All artists competing in this event must be from the chosen country. In the case of groups, the majority of people in the group must be from the country. The song can be in any language.

2. AATW type of Spinoff but with NSC nations

3. AI Cover Spinoff

4. Covers & Remixes 5: everyone has to send cover or remixed version of a song previously entered in the main contest, including the original versions of songs whose covers or remixes were entered in NSC.

5. Major/Minor: songs changed from major into minor key (and vice versa)

6. NSC ESC Classic: any entry from any year allowed

7. NSC NF

8. Oldies: tba, the host can decide the timeframe

Yes, I think it's a good idea.

Unfortunately, the interest towards spinoffs is on a very low level lately, people are not even asking about them. xD

But it would me amazing to try to revive them!

I literally haven’t been active enough to be worthy of a host but if enough people want I can do it. Christmas week. Start on the 24th? Let everybody get pissed and enjoy Christmas and use NYE as the results day?

Gotta admit, I am a little disappointed that I don't get to host now, since you started it (without getting any kind of confirmation officially, but maybe you did privately).

Oh well, if it is such a rush to start it, then go for it. I guess I can go with Congrats 25 instead.

If you are okay with it @soundofsilence I would be very happy to host it and of course join in Congrats 25 when we arrive there. I almost got everything ready for it, might even be able to post the submission window later in the afternoon if so.

Adam already wanted to host, so I think it's the most fair to let him go ahead and do so even if we might have to wait a day or two extra.

Go for it! As for me, I will just wait for Congrats 25 . Now I think of it, what about WLSC Congrats We haven’t had that in ~6 (real life) years
