Not gonna lie, I'm discouraged with the result for ::svo because I had pretty high hopes for this particular entry (it wasn't one of those PQ entries I wouldn't send if I wasn't a PQ), so I feel a little bit ignored... But still, I'm very thankful for those few really good points I received, thank you so much darlings! xheartxlovexrunhug

I didn't mind a top-20 finish at all, given that musical theatre-style songs are either hit or miss. Still, being back in the final was a great achievement for me

I'm delighted with the 7th place for ::hal :D Being knocked out of the top 6 at the literal last second is not ideal of course, but I wasn't sure what to expect for this song anyway and I'm always very happy with a top 10 placing, regardless of whether I PQ.

Thanks to Heiki for a great hosting (we should do Discord shows more often!) and thanks again to everyone for your points.

And congrats to the winner of course, but I won't spoil who that is... ;)

I saw the winner on the spreadsheet, and congrats to them. (Here is a hint: they never host alone, and it’s always badass)

Also, justice for UKoD and Dwyforland (11th and 21st) !!

Congratulations dear @Milos-BC on winning this edition. xcheer I'm happy for you. ::bel must have some kind of magic! xheat

I enjoyed the song, but I would have loved it to have ethnic elements instead of the beat. That was the aspect that destroyed the possibility of giving you points. But I totally get the charm of it. ;)

Sadly, I wasn't able to follow the results directly, so I saw everything only later.........I have to say I am really in a state of shock and I still can't fully process what happened here :oops:

When the song came out, I instantly thought "this is something that has to be heard on NSC no matter what". I am following Zorja's work from the very beginning, I know what her potential is and this song was....something very fresh, especially for her. I thought it's an ideal song to present to the international audience and if the day comes for her to represent :rs: on ESC (and I very much hope for that, she is my #1 choice for that position), it should definitely be with something like this.

But this outcome was totally unexpected  I didn't expect it even remotely. I am still processing that it actually happened  I think this was one of the strongest finals that we've had so far, it was super hard to vote and so many songs deserved points. So many other songs deserved to win as well. This fact also makes everything even more surprising (for me, that is).

Thank you everyone who voted for Belvist and Zorja. I am happy and also proud of the fact that we have a Serbian song winning NSC, and the patriotic side of me is very happy for that. Zorja herself never won anything in :rs: and this is why this achievment feels even more special. I am glad that exactly this community recognized and appreciated her artistic qualities like this xheart

This victory, just like the previous one, is dedicated to my beloved @Veronika xheart Because of everything going on in :rs: at the moment, I've been having a lot of anxiety lately, and there were many moments where I struggled to find positive things to look forward to (aside from the obvious ones). But even when I would have no faith whatsoever, she would always believe in me and lift me up. Who knows where I would be today if it wasn't for her. That is why, this victory (also) is for her xheart

One more person that this victory will be a homage to is @Dež xcheer This is a different context now, but both me and him are big fans of Zorja's work, and I know how happy he is now also. This is also for you, Dež! :D

Thank you @SpZ for hosting this amazing edition! Everything was spot on, from the theme (gaming always works for me), to the visuals, to, finally, the songs themselves. I really hope we will return to Zombira in the nearest possible future.

As for the hosting.....we will dedicate some time and think about it. We will let you know the outcome very soon xcheer

Thank you all once again!
