It happens that this year they all deserve it (except Sweden but 5 % of the population is Swedish speaking) so you can take a look the scoreboards in the past and you'll se that , for example, Norway didn't get a single point last year from Finland...and our 12 points doesn't go necessarily to another Nordic country like it is a rule in ex Yugo countries. Sweden gave 12 to Cyprus last year, Finland gave 12 to Hungary in 2011 etc etc etc.
