I was pretty sure that would do rather poorly as most FSC-members don’t like instrumental songs that much, and the Danish entry may not be that strong after all.
But I’m still surprised to see Denmark ending up with what would have been my worst result so far in the competition if it hadn’t been for the British disqualification
Still I'd like to thank the following countries for the few points we still managed to get:
Congratulations once more to Austria!!
From rags to riches, you complained about feeling out of touch, and now you're turning into a powerhouse with 2 consecutive wins!
Your entry was an immense grower for me, it really stood out in it's simplicity.
Here's a recap of the winning entry from Austria, let me introduce FILLY with Spinning:
Congrats , this time with a song I like!
Great top 2, it was my personal top 2 but the other way around!
And thanks for the top 5 result for Cyprus! I was a bit frustrated when I saw that UK didn't vote because I was sure they would vote for my entry, but then I moved one position upwards because of that, so it's alright. It feels like deja-vu of last night's WV results, I got the same position and one entry above me didn't vote and I was 5th in the end too.
Such a wonderful song! What a comeback!
An incredible banger by a lovely artist
Intense and powerful
Beautiful and yet somehow sad. But in a good way
It reminded me of the music I adored back in the 00s
Very powerful, very Italian
I always like Afrikaans songs like this
I really liked the ethnic vibe
Not the best song by Anouk, but her strong voice and a good chorus was still very enjoyable
12th - 15th: Finland, Lithuania, Morocco, Taiwan
Can't say I'm glad with our result, but it was a bit of joke entry (joke, which people outside Poland won't get, but never mind ), so it's good we got points at all and by some miracle, we even escaped last place
Congrats Austria once more, very surprising winner for me tbh but cool
thanks for those 43 votes to our entry, a song I have learnt to love now
for next month, a more competitive entry I would say, a clever fusion of rhythmic domestic genres
