Always been a Eurovision Dance Contest fan, just been watching the 2007 contest back and still think it's fantastic! The stage wasn't great, it looks a bit too dark overall, but otherwise everything was almost perfect, the dances were all great, with a lot of variety between them, the presenters were entertaining, and I'm sure Graham Norton's presenting in the two contests was a factor in him getting the commentary role two years later. The postcards were great as well, showing us a bit of the couples training. Just watched the voting back, didn't remember how close that result was!

12 years on, Brendan Cole (UK 2007) will be appearing on Celebrity X Factor, after his final series as a proffesional dancer on Strictly back in 2017. He is performing as part of a duo with Hollyoaks actor Jeremy Edwards.

A shame Brendan and Camilla didn't score higher at EDC, their dances were great, but I guess less memorable when it came to the voting.

Update: Brendan continues on UK reality TV, he is now taking part on Dancing On Ice, his first dance being described as the best first routine in 14 series!
