Dreamt of you last night
Woke up, you weren't there
Five nights in a row
Of dreams I've never shared

You come without a warning
Early in the morning
Timing's never been our thing
Leaving me with guilt
The only souvenir you bring

I'm with him and you're a secret treasure
He's devotion, you're a guilty pleasure
I'm with him and this is real life, honey
Guess the joke's no longer funny

I'm with him until the death do us part
But it doesn't do for this hungry heart
I'm with him, but in my frantic head
You always come and say:

"Would you run away?"
"Would you run away with me?"
"Would you run away?"
"Would you run away?"

One love is enough
That's all you ever get
Least that's what they tell you
Still, I can't forget

Eyes like burning ashes
Till the sunlight flashes
Can't be cold, but I've been taught
Captivated by the
Thunderstorm in which I'm caught

I'm with him and you're a secret treasure
He's devotion, you're a guilty pleasure
I'm with him and this is real life, honey
Guess the joke's no longer funny

I'm with him until the death do us part,
But it doesn't do for this hungry heart
I'm with him, but in my frantic head
You always come and say:

"Would you run away?" (Would you run away?)
"Would you run away with me?"
"Would you run away?" (Would you run away?)
"Would you run away?"

(Would you run away?)
In this real life, there's no way
In this real life, I have to say (Would you run away?)
In this real life, there's no way
In this real life

I'm with him and you're a secret treasure
He's devotion, you're a guilty pleasure
I'm with him and this is real life, honey
Guess the joke's no longer funny

I'm with him until the death do us part,
But it doesn't do for this hungry heart
I'm with him, but in my frantic head
You always come and say, say, say:

"Would you run away?" (Would you run away?)
"Would you run away with me?"
"Would you run away?" (Would you run away?)
"Would you run away?"

(Would you run away?)
In this real life, there's no way (Would you run away?)
In this real life, I have to say (Would you run away?)
In this real life, there's no way (Would you run away?)
In this real life

I think the staging was pretty good! For a moment I thought it could qualify because of its interesting staging. I really loved it, it was almost theatrical, like a musical, telling a story, interacting with the dancers.
What I was more worried about was that dress. Pink did no artist any favour yesterday because it doesn't work for any performance in this world (unless, I wrote that a while ago, you're Katy Perry or Lady Gaga or Christina Aguilera or any other American pop gal).

That said, it was my #2 favourite yesterday and my #4 overall this year, I REALLY loved it. :(

Agree that here staging was not very good. Armenia had a better staging and better running order. Also right after Portugal was not good for Mia and i think the staging in the national final was more effective. It,s get a little bit to flat and random. Also i was missing some more power from backing singers.

I still really like it and she was my number 1 last night, but i,m afraid she get lost last night and perhaps did not get better then 13-15 place. Hopefully she did better then i think
I thought the Portuguese song came off very flat in performance. I was never a fan anyway but I felt little emotion there. And the staging had little interest.

The Armenia song has strong points and I was hoping both would go through, maybe only one of them was ever going through. But the staging for that wasn't that great, ripping paper off. I have always appreciated how the lead vocal/arrangement builds as that song goes on.

This was dead on arrival, even for semi 1 standards. But then Armenia made it somehow and it's not very different from this one. Oh well.

Cause they did their homework in regards to the "power point presentation" that they showcased in front of the viewers.

Meanwhile, those boomers from our broadcaster team can´t seem to make a successful visual presentation to save their life.

I ended up actually liking the stage presentation personally, but saw that it would have been too subtle for the casual audience member to see all the "moments" that link to the song...shame.

This song really turned out to be my guilty pleasure. Loved the staging

I loved it from the beginning and I really wanted her to make it through, but sadly, it was obvious she won't appeal to the average viewer :( And other slow songs in the semi overshadowed her.

Too bad Kedzo never got the opportunity to perform on ESC due to well-known circumstances. That song had the biggest potential from these last couple of winners of Dora.

I actually did miss the breakdance. The performance ended up too literal and too impersonal in terms of choreography. I also thought the way she was clothed in the NF was better, I prefer black over pink. Pink is just not flattering.
Mia looked though somehow even prettier in a new haircut. Shame about the NQ but I half-expected that.

Croatia is really unfortunate: last year 27th, this year 26th. Two times in a row the best of the rest. Hope to see Croatia qualify next year, they deserve it.

So sad for Mia. She get 11 place and Croatia get 11 place for 2 year in a row. Also both time it was a nordic country number 10.

A least she did not flop much and get 12 points from televoting in Slovenia

Yeah since the introduction of the semifinals its nearly ALWAYS an Ex-Yugo country that JUST misses out and now it hit Hrvatska twice in a row :(
I can understand why people think there was something missing in their entries but to me Albina and Mia were some of the most pleasant listens of their years. I hope they keep Dora and more than anything else I wish Croatia will finally be in the top 10 again.

11th place

I thought for sure we would be second last or something.
I thought we'd end up second last too.

Besides her vocals, which were fine, this was an AWFUL performance.
Quite possibly the worst Croatian performance, even Roko had a ~concept. This looked so amateurish, improvised, poor, Mia not being Mia... a big load of shit, that's what it is.
