So here we are. After 38 songs fought for slightly longer than they should have, we are now ready to finally reveal the winner of this edition of Congratulations. Who will be the 15th decade victor in NSC history?

Also just to say I was really happy with this edition despite the small turnout. A good mixture of some nation's deservedly good placings and a lot of underrated gems. Well done NSC xclap
