Welcome to the new game - Best NON Top 10 Song! From 2004. to 2012.

ABOUT THE GAME

So, after last year I hosted Best NON Qualifying Song this summer I decided to try even more bigger project: Best NON Top 10 Song. The primary goal of the game is not to be competitive character. Of course, there will be competition to be more interesting but my point is that we remember some great songs (in period since semifinals are introduced, from 2004. until 2012.) that we like and enjoy, songs that even were our favorites but they unfortunately couldn't get much attention as they deserve. And of course to spend some time together to discussing OXO (but everything in joke way), joking and simply having fun.

RULES

For every year first we will do 2 semifinals. Best 8 songs (by voting only) from each SF will qualify for final of that year. In final 8 songs also will qualify for next round (quarterfinals). But in each year final 7 best by voting will qualify and one country will get "golden ticket". Golden ticket can be awarded by any member* (randomly decided) that is participating activly in the game (voting, commenting, posting, etc.). Also, "unluckiest one" (the one who actually should qualify but didn't) and "silver ticket" (will be awarded by manager and that is me ) will get "2nd chance". Then 10 countries will qualify for semifinals (only by voting but members will be participating in giving silver tickets for next rounds*), then 10 (from each SF) to the final where we finally will find out which song is Best NON Top 10 Song decide by escforums members!
Simply, every member is allowed to vote only once in each round!

IN ORDER THAT YOUR VOTES CAN BE ACCEPTED YOU MUST YOU USE YOUR FORUM USERNAME WHILE REPRESENTING YOURSELF IN SCOREWIZ LINK!

*That member is NOT allowed to reveal to which country he/she decided to give a "golden ticket" (and "silver ticket" too in next rounds)!

SOME STATISTICS

- 273 non top 10 songs in 9 years (from 2004. till nowadays) competed in this game and still there are 144 for in the game.*
*Actually will be after SFs of 2004. are finished.

EXPLANATION OF NEXT ROUNDS PROCEDURE

- Soon we will start with finals of each year. And there will be "golden" ticket and "silver" ticket.

- Golden one will be awarded by members. I will repeat procedure how it will going. I will chose one randomly active member of this game and send to him/her private message when voting is over. All songs from 8. to 16. place (so all 9 songs) will be offered to that member in alphabetic order (that member will not know the points of the songs) and he/she can save only one! That member can NOT reveal to which country he/she gives golden ticket because all qualifiers will be announced in random order.

- 8th (or in case 9th placed if member gave golden ticket to the one who is actually placed at 8th position) will be called "unluckiest one" and directly goes in 2nd chance contest.

- Silver ticket will be awarded by me to one of rest 7 countries. It will not be awarded completely by my personal taste. It will be more likely one more chance to song that deserves it the most. Considering "quality" of the song (vocal, stage performance, votes in SF, votes in real contest, escforum fans impressions**, etc.)
**So guys commenting and telling me your opinion on the songs because it also can affect on who will get silver card.

- Second chance contestants also will be announced randomly.

QUARTERFINALS RUNNING ORDER PROCEDURE

- We have 4 quarterfinals and in every quarterfinal there will be 19 songs.
- From every year there will be two songs in each quarterfinal qualified directly.
- Before announcing of ever next qualifier someone will tell number from 1-8. Before start of quarterfinal I will prepare 8 combinations that will look like something like this (it will be in picture that before start will be password protected that you can't see it, but just after finish I will give you a password and you can see the picture so that you can be sure that I do not cheat with draw if you have any doubts.)

1. QF1 - 4
2. QF3 - 7
3. QF4 - 15
4. QF4 - 2
5. QF2 - 11
6. QF1 - 17
7. QF3 - 12
8. QF2 - 4

So before qualifier #1 for example someone says: number 5. That means that qualifier #1 will preform 11th in the QF2.

- About second chance contest qualifiers, before their announcement someone just say one number and that will be their position in 2nd chance contest. In 2nd chance contest there will preform 18 song and only top 4 will get one more chance for the quarterfinals.

- Full semifinals results after each year finals will be announced. Also, results of non qualifiers of each year final will be announced too.
