It doesn't need to be good, it just needs to work. A voice recorder from a 2005 sony ericsson should do it.

nothing's going to happen. I mean the fact that Belarus are a dictatorship has nothing to do with EBU membership. Petitions and protests are useless 90% of the time anyway
Lel if they're fine with other dictatorships such as Azerbaijan or increasinly authortarian regimes such as in Russia taking part then they're gonna be fine with Belarus. Unless Lukashenko starts committing genocide or whatever to get an international ban like Yugoslavia in the 90s then Belarus wont be going anywhere.
