According to WWB costed that platform ORF 60,000 euros.
On the other hand with 60k euros ORF couldn't produce a Saturday evening show.

My review:
This on one hand is a pleasant surprise coming from Austria, and in this year filled with meh ballads, a decent radio friendly catchy EDM-Pop track can actually do pretty good. Unfortunately, it does get repetitive pretty fast but for the majority that will hear it for the first time, it clearly sticks. Is it something particularly original? Not really, but in the context of Eurovision and in particular this year, it does feel quite fresh. It's a good party song, but it does sound a bit like an Ava Max demo at times?

Just two weeks after the release of "Halo", the song has already been streamed 2,1 million times, including 1,7 million times on Spotify alone.
The international success of "Halo" extends across all portals: In addition to one million YouTube clicks and 2,1 million streams on the streaming portals Apple, Spotify, Amazon and Deezer (1,7 million streams on Spotify), the Song has two million views on TikTok, 15,000 Shazam tags and a reach of eleven million via Spotify playlists. The domestic chart successes are also impressive: The song entered the Ö3-Austria Top 40, the official Austrian sales charts, at number 20. It is number 15 in the Ö3 listener charts and number 2 in the Ö3 Austro charts. Halo is also number 2 on Shazam, number 15 on Spotify, number 18 on Apple Music and number 6 on Deezer. The song is also booming in France: "Halo" was included in the "Radio Playlist" on NRJ France and has now made it to number 41 on Shazam.

is a quite obvious show ender though. I expected or . Having as #2 is also quite weird. But this is not the thread for general running order discussion of course…
You guys will only flop with a disastrous performance tbh that second half is a SLOG and halo (+ banana i guess) is the only uptempo there

Denmark's entry is dreadful, it will clearly help Austria, although it would have made more sense to stuck it in between two slow songs...

In the Austrian charts Halo is dropping from 20 to 28. The streams are dropping as well. Whereas on youtube the video needed 16 days to reach 1 mio. and just three days for another 300.000 views. The number of views per day is rising every day.
