Since Ukraine is a definite qualifier in this timeline, I think we could focus on alternative rock/electronic acts. I would love to see Bahroma, Sadsvit, Kadnay, RAJA, reunited 5 Vymir in the Vidbir. I left in the past my hopes for ONUKA, but at least they had their moment of glory in 2017...

Now if we think about it, Israel only needs to send one decent competitive song like Toy or Unicorn to win effortlessly. And then EBU will have to deal with much bigger problems than now. They should do something urgently in order to not potentially ruin the contest in the future years
