This sounds nothing like Fuego. Is the only issue that this is an uptempo song, sung by a woman? I don't see how someone could be 'bored' by this. If this was sent by the UK, would it be ok? If you like the song you like the song. If you don't, you don't.

The odds have always been there though. The odds are dictated by, essentially, people also voting. The higher something is, the more bets that have been placed on them. What may really change this is completely hiding the rehearsals, but then again, they will still be leaked.

The problem is that the juries ALWAYS overrate Sweden, and is not what the public want to win. It's really boring. It's like they have an automatic 100 points from juries whatever they send. Jury points should be 30% of the overall tally.
