Spain does get a lot of votes in the official OGAE votings at the moment. I can't quite explain it, except that OGAE probably has a penchant for older ladies who got their faces fixed but not their voices.
I think juries should be there, both nationally and maybe even in the semi-finals. What I don't like at all, is international juries in national contests. That's sick.
Björk is dead last in the odds now. Even behind Czechia and San Marino. You kind of feel that if ANYONE wrote a new song for her, that would do better - she's a talented artist. definitely among the 10 best singers in the competition.
The biggest gap in the odds is currently the one between Georgia and Denmark (68 vs. 38 %). That includes both semi-finals, and all the way from first place to last place. So even though Georgia (and Estonia) are only 10th and 9th in semi-final 2, SABA doesn't really threaten them.

It could go like with fan-favourite Ryk in Germany - that people don't quite "get it" before the song is over. However, judging by the liveshow I've seen from Austria, it seemed Nemo's voice is strong - he does deliver.
