OGAE Armenia has just announced the five Armenian representatives for the Eurovision Song Contest 2015. Rumours about a group of several well-known Armenian artists have been confirmed now – the group will consist of Tamar Kaprelian, Inga Arshakyan, Athena Manoukian, Essaï and Vahe Tilbian.

The Armenian broadcaster will make an official announcement tonight during a press conference at 18:00 CET. Further details about the group and the song are expected to be revealed.

The members of the group all live and work in five different countries. The most familiar name for Eurovision fans is probably Inga Arshakyan – she already represented Armenia in 2009 together with her sister Anush. Tamar Kaprelian is an Armenian-American singer who is best known for her song “New Day”.

Athena Manoukian who lives in Australia has recently been successful with her single “XO”. Essaï lives in France and last but not least, Vahe Tilbian is an Armenian living in Ethiopia.
