
What an exciting night it’s been in St. Jakobshalle! The second semi final of Eurovision 2025 delivered another unforgettable show, with ten more countries securing their spots in Saturday’s grand final. Just like in the first semi, our charismatic hosts Hazel Brugger and Sandra Studer brought charm, humor, and heart to the stage, as Europe (and beyond) watched the drama unfold.

Ten Acts Advanced to the Grand Final
While the voting took place, the audience was treated to a spectacular interval act. The contestants from 2020, whose songs never got to see the light of the Eurovision stage, finally had their moment – and what a moment that was! Gjon’s Tears with “Répondez‐moi”, The Roop’ back with’s “On Fire”, Efendi with “Cleopatra” and finally, Destiny came out to sing her 2020 song “All My Love”. It was a magical moment.
