Our “Expert” Panel continues for another year, with 15 members of the ESC United team having sat down to review the hopefuls that were set to represent their nations at Eurovision 2020 in Rotterdam!

As a quick reminder, the rules of our “Expert” Panel are simple; our team provide a score for each entry between 1 and 10, with .5 scores also possible – 1 being terrible and 10 being a perfect score and an amazing entry. Each entry will also have a video, where Matt will discuss the entry with three members of the panel and provide their rationales for their points for the song.

Time to see which song is next up…

Up next we have the winner of the Croatian national final “Dora” Damir Kedžo, who was set to represent his country with the song “Divlji Vjetre”. The Balkan country decided to go with a ballad that is kind of infamous in the region. The question is, did it also impress our expert panel?

#YOU can see below how Matt, Gabe, Robert and Sebastian reacted to the Croatian entry;

With four of our team passing judgement above, it’s now time to see how the individual scores ended up for Croatia;

  • Boris 5

But what does this mean for our ranking? In the end, Croatia earned an average of 6.77 across our jury, meaning they slot into sixth postition!
