Today ORF has started the application period for Eurovision 2015 volunteers. The broadcaster is looking for up to 700 helpers of all ages.

“This huge event is a unique experience for our whole team – it will be unforgettable for each and every one involved. Our Song Contest family is looking forward to new members of all 18+ age groups that will be able to share this experience with us,” Executive Producer Edgar Böhm said.

You can apply for 8 different areas to work at: team leader, accreditation, delegation host, production support, jumper (who helps wherever it’s needed), audience support, info desk, press centre. The minimum age is 18. In order to get the job, you have to be at least fluent in German and English.

Between 2 and 15 February there will be castings throughout the country to ensure the best and most suitable volunteers for the event are picked. Volunteers that get chosen have to be available from 4 to 24 May.
