After a long show with a lot of interviews and performances from Lake Malawi and Martina Barta we got the nervewrecking points distribution. And the winner and representitive for the Czech Republic is Benny Cristo with his song Kemama!
Multiple ex-Eurovision artists gave away their points to all of the songs. The votes from everybody across the world also counted as a 1 jury-member. After this the jury standings were converted in the well known Eurovision numbers and the votes from the Czech people were added to it. The overall results were as follows (1st number is jury’s, 2nd number the Czech people)
Benny Cristo – Kemama (10/12) = 22
Elis Mraz ft Cis T -Wanna Be Like (8/10) = 18
Barbora Mochowa – Black and White Holes (12/2) = 14
We All Poop – All the blood (4/8) = 12
Karell – At Least We Tried (6/4) = 10
Olga Lounova – Black Water (3/6) = 9
Pam Rabbit – Get Up (6/3) = 9
Benny Cristo was the runner-up with the jury votes and got the most votes from the people of Czech Republic. He beat the winner of the jury vote Barbora Mochowa since the Czech didn’t back her up all too much. Kemama will be performed in the 1st half of the second semi final!
