Azerbaijan’s national broadcaster responsible for the nation’s Eurovision entry, İctimai TV, has opened its submission process for Rotterdam 2020, according to the Azerbaijani Eurovision site 12xal.
The Caucasian country will be taking part in the contest for the 13th time in Rotterdam, and will once again be using an internal selection to select the artist who will perform in the Netherlands. Composers and interested parties who wish to submit a song can do so until 7th February 2020 by submitting an mp3 and song information to the following email address – [email protected]
It is not yet known or rumoured as to who will represent Azerbaijan in 2020 and step into the shoes of Chingiz, who brought the country back to the Eurovision final and the top ten in Tel Aviv with “Truth”, finishing 8th.
